The seller is very rude. When i reported that the bath tub is damage. They will not give you correct manual. No after sale service. Its good that alibaba trade assurance gave me a refund for the getting the pump be repaired in my country It took after 2 months to make the unit work. It was a very stressfull experience to buy their unit. You wont get after sales service. They will blame the buyer that we are responsible for the damage. It arrived my place damaged and not working properly. - POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE - WRONG MANUAL - DAMAGE JACUZZI - RUDE SELLER - COVER IS TOO BIG FOR THE UNIT UPON ARRIVAL OF ITEM NOT HEATING THE WATER, PUMP IS DAMAGE FILTER COVER IS BROKEN THOUGH MAYBE BECAUSE OF SHIPMENT

The bathtubs all arrived very safe with no damage and beautiful product. The wrappings were still bound tight and product was safe. The supplier gave the best of service and his attention was awesome. I will be very happy to do business with this supplier in the future.
